• Dr PreZiGen provides educational information, clinical-intelligence and expert opinion services to support — not replace — the patient's treating team.
• Opinions are based on the information provided and the evidence available at the time of review.
• Final diagnostic and treatment decisions remain with the treating clinicians and the patient.
• The service is not for emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only upload documents you are entitled to share.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your account.
• Do not submit clinical documents or patient identifiers through public forms or email.

Fees and payment

Fees for each service are shown before you pay. Payments are processed through our payment partner's secure hosted checkout. See our refund policy for cancellations and refunds.

Use of AI-assisted tools

We use AI-assisted tools to help organise documents and evidence. Every opinion is reviewed by a qualified human expert before it is released.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dr PreZiGen is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its opinions without appropriate consultation with the treating team. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
