Submitting a case
How do I submit a case?
Choose your pathway on the Submit a Case page. Patients and families create a secure account and upload documents inside the portal. Clinicians and partner organisations first send a short enquiry without patient identifiers; once we accept the case, we send a secure portal link for documents.
What documents should I upload?
Usually the most recent pathology or biopsy report, any biomarker or genomic (NGS) reports, recent scan reports, a summary of treatments received with approximate dates, and your specific question. We will tell you if anything else would help.
Can I email my reports instead?
Please don't. For your privacy, clinical documents are accepted only inside the secure portal after you sign in — never by email or through public website forms.
Can a family member submit on my behalf?
A family member or caregiver can help, but we may need to confirm that the patient has agreed. Our team will guide you through this during intake.
Consultations & timelines
How long does a review take?
Timelines depend on the complexity of the case and the documents available, and are confirmed after intake. We will not promise a turnaround we cannot meet.
What happens in a consultation?
A 30-minute one-to-one video conversation with an oncology expert to walk through your reports, explain what they may mean and help you prepare questions for your treating team.
Will you tell me which treatment to take?
No. We provide an evidence-linked, expert-reviewed opinion to support discussion. Final treatment decisions are made by you and your treating team, who know your full situation.
Privacy & security
How is my health information protected?
Documents are uploaded through an authenticated portal and stored encrypted. Access is limited to the people who need it to provide the service. See our privacy policy for details.
Do you use AI on my documents?
AI-assisted tools help organise documents and evidence. Every opinion is reviewed and signed off by a qualified human expert. Your health data is used only to provide the service.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes. Contact us through the contact page and we will explain the process, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
Payment
How do I pay?
Fees are shown on the payment page before you pay. Payment is completed through our payment partner's secure hosted checkout. Available methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are shown at checkout.
Will you ever ask for my card details by phone or email?
Never. We will never ask for card numbers, CVV, OTPs or your UPI PIN by email, phone or message.
What is your refund policy?
Please see our refund policy for cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
