How we help

Clarity for you and the people supporting you

Plain-language explanations

What your pathology, biomarker and genomic reports say — without jargon.

One-to-one consultation

A 30-minute conversation to walk through your reports and answer your questions.

Report explanation

A written summary you can share with family and your care team.

Questions for your oncologist

A prepared list of questions to make the most of your next appointment.

Realistic expectations

What we can — and can't — do for you

We help you understand your information and prepare for decisions. We do not replace your oncologist, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency care. Your treating team, who knows your full situation, makes the final treatment decisions with you.

Sometimes the honest answer is that the evidence is uncertain, or that more tests would be needed. We will say so clearly.

Not for emergencies. If you feel very unwell, contact your treating team or local emergency services immediately.

Your documents stay private

Reports and scans are uploaded only inside the secure patient portal after you sign in — never by email or through public forms on this website.

  1. Create your secure account and verify your email.
  2. Upload reports privately inside the portal.
  3. Our team organises your documents and assigns a specialist.
  4. Receive your explanation and discuss it with your care team.

Consultation

A 30-minute conversation, focused on you

Book a 30-minute consultation

A one-to-one video conversation with an oncology expert to help you understand your reports and prepare questions for your treating team. It is an educational and interpretive consultation — it does not replace your oncologist, and treatment decisions stay with your treating team.

Online booking opens soon — contact us. In the meantime, send us a message and we'll help arrange a suitable time.

What to prepare

  • Your most recent pathology / biopsy report
  • Any biomarker or genomic (NGS) test reports
  • Recent scan reports (CT, MRI, PET)
  • A list of treatments received so far, with approximate dates
  • Current medicines and any allergies
  • Your top three questions or worries

Upload documents inside the secure portal before your consultation — please don't email them. A family member or caregiver is welcome to join.
