• Health information — such as medical reports, test results and clinical questions that you or an authorised person upload inside the secure portal.
• Payment information — payment is processed by our payment partner's secure checkout. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details; we do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
• Technical information — such as basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use health information

Health data is used only to provide the service you have requested — for example, organising your documents, preparing an expert-reviewed opinion and communicating with you about your case. We do not sell your health data or use it for advertising.

How we protect your information

• Clinical documents are uploaded only through the authenticated portal and are stored encrypted.
• Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
• Access is limited by role to the people who need it to provide the service, such as the assigned specialist and authorised administrators.
• We do not accept clinical documents through public website forms or email.

Sharing

We share information only with the specialists and service providers needed to deliver the service (for example, secure hosting and payment processing), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or regulatory obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. To make a deletion or access request, please contact us; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for security and to keep you signed in. We do not use marketing analytics on authenticated portal pages or intake forms.
